01 Earn points
When you create an account
A one-time welcome bonus when you open a new account, added the moment it’s created. Accounts carried over from our previous store kept their existing balance instead.
When you refer a friend
You and your friend both get 100 points ($5) when they place their first order through your link. How referrals work
02 Use your points
- Sign in at checkout. Points belong to your account, so they appear once you’re signed in — there’s nothing to type.
- Choose how much to use. Every 20 points is $1 off, in whole dollars. Use all you’re allowed in one tap, or any amount below it.
- On as much of the order as you like. Your points are yours: use them on any order, up to the whole product total. The 50% limit on combining promo codes and member discounts doesn’t apply to points.
- Points come off your balance when you place the order. If it isn’t paid within 48 hours, or it’s cancelled, they come back.
- If an order is refunded in full, the points you used on it come back, and the points it earned are taken back.
- Points don’t expire. Your balance and every change to it are in My Account.
03 Refer a friend
100 + 100points — $5 for you and $5 for them
- Get your link. It’s in My Account under “Refer a friend”, with buttons to copy it, email it or text it.
- Your friend orders. They open your link — it’s remembered on their device for 30 days — and place their first order.
- You both get points. As soon as that order is paid, 100 points land on each of your accounts.
Referrals are for new customers: your friend’s first paid order only. They can’t be used on your own orders or shipping address, and don’t apply to an order placed with an affiliate code or link. If the order is refunded or cancelled, both bonuses are taken back.
04 VIP ranks
Ranks are earned from your lifetime product spend, once and for good. Each one takes a percentage off every order and earns points faster. Everyone starts as Sigma Recruit.
